| Abstract Submission |
| |
| Participants and vendors are invited to submit abstracts for the poster session (Deadline October 1st, 2011). Abstracts should be limited to 250 words not including the title, authors and affiliation. Abstracts with title, authors and affiliation can be typed in a word processing program and copy/pasted into the box in the abstract submission form. |

If you are traveling more than 40 miles to attend the conference and you are presenting a poster, you could win a scholarship that covers 2 nights in a hotel, conference fees, breakfast and lunch for Wednesday and Thursday, plus dinner with the invited speakers and FlowTex Conference Committee on Wednesday night. | Guidelines for Posters |
| |
| The preferred size of the posters is 4ft x 4ft, but 4ft x 6ft will be acceptable. Posters must include or use flow cytometry and will be judged for prizes. Posters submitted by vendors will not be judged. |

| Poster Session Information: |
| Posters should be hung starting on Tuesday, October 25th. Presenters should be in front of their posters at noon on Wednesday, October 26th for judges. The Poster Award Ceremony will be on Thursday afternoon, October 27th. |
