FlowTex 2017 Vendor Registration Information

This year’s registration will be all online again. Registration goes live on November 16th at 1:00pm EST on the FlowTex website! We are limited to 21 vendors. To be fair to all, the registration link will not be activated until this registration date and time. These spots go FAST. A couple days at best. Payment must be received by FlowTex no later than December 14th, 2016 or your spot will be forfeited to the next vendor on the waiting list. If you need a corporate approval that takes a long time, start the process now.

***NOTE*** There will be NO INSTRUMENTS allowed as well as NO SHIPPING. Vendors will be required to carry in all materials they wish to display. All Levels include:


  • Level appropriate recognition in registration materials, programs and venue event displays

  • Thanked in opening remarks and end-of-event wrap-up

  • Display of corporate logo and link to your corporate website from our FlowTex web pages


Level 1: (Limited to 17 Sponsors) - $1250


  • One 6ft table in vendor showroom for 3 days. (Power will be available)


Level 2: (Limited to 4 Sponsors) - $900


  • One 6ft table in vendor showroom for 3 days. (Power will be NOT available)


Scientific talks start Tuesday morning again this year! Please set up by 9am. Vendors may set up Monday after 3pm. FlowTex also asks that teardown start after 2pm on Thursday.
