FlowTex Vendor Registration Information

FlowTex 2025 will be a hybrid event and vendors can register for either in-person or virtual participation!

Registration for FlowTex 2025 will open at 12pm CST on October 15th. To avoid overcrowding, we unfortunately must limit the in-person registration to 20 vendor booths and we expect the quota to fill quickly. First come - first served. Number of virtual sponsorships is unlimited. To register, please visit the link below:

Payment must be received by FlowTex no later than November 15th, 2024 or your spot will be forfeited to the next vendor on the waiting list. If you need a corporate approval that takes a long time, please start the process now.

Registration cost for an in-person vendor booth will be $2,250 per vendor. Please note that each vendor representative must separately also register as a conference attendee (free). Lunch and virtual sponsorships are $500. All options include one PowerPoint slide that will be displayed during the conference and will also be emailed to all attendees as part of the final conference program. Please submit a current, high-quality company logo and the slide to our Vendor Liaison upon registration and payment.
